Growing so many varieties of wheat for bakeries and restaurants around the country, we decided to open our own 'test' bakery. Utilizing all of our grains, flours, and local ingredients, we strive to bring you the freshest and highest quality baked goods. We are always trying out new recipes, so stop in and check out our offerings!

The bakery is open from 8am-3pm Tuesday through Saturday, with our standard bread and pastries. We are serving a light lunch now, which changes monthly. See the menu below for the offerings.

Daily offerings: Freshly baked cinnamon rolls, danish, scones, cookies and muffins.

Saturday specialties: Sticky buns and ham & cheese croissant.
